John,
Just to follow up on the particular detail, the worst reflection is from the flat surface of the rear toggle which extends below the sight. Ed, "Coating" chrome or nickel--which is why I was wondering about a process which actually changes the physical properties of the bright surface. And in Oregon, one ends up shooting indoors a lot... --Dwight |
