Default Erfurt Holster

I have this Erfurt holster with loading tool and it's extra Magazine, it has some stamping which I wish to find out their meaning if it is possible because they are very faint, but from experience one might know what they stand for.
From what I can see on the front flap there is: 2.D.F. ( or it could be P)26. On the inside there is an ink mark which is impossible to make it out, and the back there is inscribe with a pointed tool.
E.BKINC (or G) Sub Lt. Anson Batt R.N.D.
And I almost forgot the maker J.M.ECKART ULM
Thanks for any help.

Alf.

Alf, it´s 2. D.R.26 wich means 2. Württembergisches Dragoner (Dragoon) Regiment Nr. 26. Foundationday of this regiment was the 6.12.1805; station was Stuttgart.
It would be nice to see complite holster, front and backside. Is the holster dated? Eckart started dating in 1911. If it´s undated it was made in 1910 (or 1909).
The inkstamp is about B.A. XIII. and a date (1910?).
You can use Waschbenzin (can not translate it because I don´t find something in my dictionary) and clean the leather under the flap. There will be no problems with the ink.
Regards Klaus

Klaus, Thank you for this usefull information, it is great to know these details. As far as I can see it is not dated; if not in the ink stamp. I will post some more photos to morrow. I will also try to clean the inside flap maybe we can see the stamp more clearly.
"The inkstamp is about B.A. XIII" what is B.A.XIII.
Alf

B.A.XIII. means Bekleidungs Amt für das 13. Armeekorps (clothing depot for the 13. Army corps).
The Bekleidungs Ã?mter (clothing depots) were responsible for the equipment.
There were also B.A.G. (Bekleidungs Amt für das Gardekorps) clothing depot for the guard corps
and the K.B.A..... Kriegs Bekleidungs Amt ... (War clothing depot..).

Klaus, again thank you for the information. Yesterday I made a search on the internet and I found some useful information regarding the Württembergisches Dragoner (Dragoon) Regiment Nr. 26.
I am also searching the Anson Batt, which is also very interesting, it seems that the two of them faced each other in the trenches 1914, but I am still searching for more details.
Thanks to you this Erfurt Holster can be displayed with a very good informative caption.
Alf.
