Default mag identification

Can someone identify,and date if possible,this luger mag?

It appears to be a type 2 Army mag. 1936-1940. The number 1, indicates that it was police issued.

With better pics of the base, and any other marks/stamping on it, the experts here could narrow that down a little.

It looks like a typically one for the Mauser Banner Police.

The magazine fits the serial number range, 1100x-2500x, of a 1940 Police Banner.
