Default Magazine Identification

Hello Gentlemen,
Going through my extra mags,
I am having difficulty identifying this P08 magazine. Not familiar with the eagle marking. Is it a second magazine for a police model? I can't find reference to the eagle, does not look German but don't know what else it could be. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

That is a police marking. Believe it is a dove. Bill
