Default 1906 American Eagle

A local gun shop here in Boise has what looks like a 1906

American Eagle .30 luger.

SN 41,xxx slim tapered 4 1/2" barrel, grip safety, no stock lug,

full checkered toggels, unnumbered wood based mag and

commercial type parts marking and US crest over the chamber.

Finnish looks like original about 95 to 99 % with very slight thinning.

I was surprised to see it there, the last luger they had was

an S/42 that had been nickel plated on top of pitting.

They want $2000.

Best Regards,

Mike

Mike, The $2000 price is not out of line if it has a 99% original finish with exc bore & grips. I have a 90%er available for $1250.
