It was my concept. CENTER CUSTOM CASES (see the brass name tag at the top of the open case) made it. That is Les Center (goes by DOK). I think he doesnt do this anymore, but not completely sure. Jerry Burney made the holster for me. I have no idea where all the pieces to this ensemble are today.
