Default any ideas about this ?

got this at an estate sale for 4 bucks. not sure if I did good or not but I liked it so i bought it. not sure if it is luger related or US issue.

Sure you can up load from your computer.
You can add them to your post, click edit "", then go advanced, then go down to "manage images".
Follow instructions.

What you have is a relatively common lube oil can that was used by the US armed forces circa WW2 for the Browning machine guns. During the war, they transitioned to a more square bodied, slightly larger can.
