Default .30 Luger Questions

Hi. Two questions, please. What do you guys think of the 1920 Commercial .30 Luger? Can .30 Luger brass be formed from a readily available cheap case? Thank you.

My favorite Luger for shooting. New WW brass can be purchased from Midway and Graf & Sons as well as on ebay. Easy to reload and I have several good loads for it if you decide to do so.
