Default Trommel Magazine Value Question

I have been ofered a Luger Trommel magazine, serial number in the 293000 range, type II, in very nice shape with 99% original finish, but there is a fair amount of freckling. However, it appears that the little knob is missing, but this does not seem to affect functioning. What would be a fair price to pay for this item?

Default Re: Trommel Magazine Value Question

Exactly what little knob is missing? If it is the push button in the center of thejoint it is s BIG deal if it is missing. It is used to hold back pressure on the spring. It fits in the little key way near the #32. I have seen them go for as little as $725 (what I bought mine for last year) to $900+ from some of the dealers. What is it being offer to you at?
