Competition shooting
When I was in the Army back in the early 60's I was shooting both big bore and small bore in competition. We were using what was referred to as "Camp Perry Rules" When shooting pistol only one hand was on the gun and the other hand was usually in the back pocket. Is that still the norm in todays competition shooting?

Depends on the competition.
NRA Precision (Bullseye) and International pistol - only 1 hand Other hand may not be touching shooting arm IDPA, Bianchi, both hands but some courses are 1 hand and some 'weak hand' only Steel Challenge - whatever Last edited by Kiwi; 02-07-2021 at 09:43 AM. Reason: clarification |
