Default Luger ID help

Hey guys. I dug an old Luger out of my Uncle's safe and I need some help identifiying it. It is in absolute perfect condition. The handle appears to be make of some sort of bone or ivory material. Numbers and markings: "DMW" stamped on top of pistol in monogram style, "N" marking with crown above it stamped on rear portion of the barrel above the front trigger guard, serial number 1136 (all matching, 36 stamped everywhere else) and "GERMANY" is stamped below the serial.

Any ideas? Thanks guys, -Chris

DWM is the manufacturer.

What caliber is it?

It is a german export, hence the "Germany", and was probably brought into the country in the 20's or 30's.

Is there a letter under the front of the frame serial number?

Welcome to the forum Chris.

The caliber .30

There is a small leter under the serial, a tiny cursive 'n" is marked.

Sorry, forgot to include that detail.

If possible please post some more pictures of this gun. Make close-ups photos of all the marks you can find on it. It looks to be a fairly common variant in very nice condition.
