Try removing your takedown lever as Jerry said. Then work on getting the toggle train back into battery. The pistol was never meant to come apart with the disarray that you currently have. DO NOT pound on anything. If you cannot wiggle it into to place, Box it up and send it to GT or Luger Doc. Fifteen bucks at the post office is way better than a broken part.

So I removed the take down pin, no change.

I cannot put the toggle pin back in place, it misses by a fraction, a thou or two.......
