Default Safe/Loaded Commercial question, another one

The 5-digit Safe/Loaded Commercial variation is attributed to a 2,000-gun contract from Stoeger. Can anyone point me to documentary or circustantial sources for this?

Dwight;

Circumstantial; the note in I think the Luger Holster book about Stoeger going to Germany and picking some guns? Is that possible circumstantial evidence?

I have a 4 digit K suffix safe/loaded Eagle and I thought it might fit that category as well; but without any real evidence of any kind my supposition/fantasy was not highly regarded by the experts.
