Default SARCO Magazines.....

I just saw an ad in Shotgun News from SARCO...advertising Luger Magazines....couple of questions....has anyone purchased one and what is your opinion.???....the 2nd question is rather unusual...well..maybe for me...but the ad reads...

.REPRO MAG WITH WOOD NAVY MODEL BASE.....$34.95
.REPRO MAG WITH WOOD BASE..........................$26.95.....

(both are unnumbered)...but what is the Difference in the two.??...Does the "Navy Model Base" have something different.?.....

I appreciate anyone taking the time to answer....Hans Fischer

Hi Hans,
The Navy base will have concentric rings on each knob. Sorta looks like a target.

They also have Haenel Schmisser "extruded" magazines manufactured by the DDR after WW-II. These are very well made, and function well.

They have them listed as:
Original milled body Luger mags LGR091............$89.95

They have the stamping "2/1001" stamped on the side. The one I got didn't have anything stamped on the bottom aluminum piece.
