Hi to all, well. it's been quite a while since I last heard that PPU was going to import more .30 Luger, (7.65 X 21 to them!) But evidently that is a bridge long ago crossed! And, to rub salt into an already open wound, Meg-Gar has totally told the Luger frat to go pound sand!
![]() BTW, there are qty. 2 Nickel Mec-Gar mags on ebay, last I looked they were at $300.00 or maybe even more?.. AAARRRRGGGG! ![]() |

So Mec-gar has stopped making repro Luger mags AND PPU won’t be giving us .30 Luger? Is Fiocchi still making .30 at least? As for mags, I guess it will be Triple K from here on out?

I just looked and am comfortable with the number of good functioning Luger mags. I could always use more, but am not in a "mag bind".
As a handloader, I don't have to depend on any factory to produce quality 30 Luger ammo. Many years ago I stocked up on Fiocchi 30 Luger ammo as it works fine in all of my 30 Luger handguns. Thanks to GT, I am "fat" on brass and projectiles for the 30 Luger guns also. A number of different powders will work fine in this caliber. Now if I could just get to the range to do some shooting.

Any info on why MEC-GAR is discontinuing Luger mags? Youd think demand would be strong
G.T....you are thoughtful, as ever Grant |

I see several EU dealers still have them listed.
Could it be Mec Gar Italy still makes them, but Mec Gar USA stopped? |
