Well this is one of the drums in the chest that D&B militaria are currently selling. I have asked them for photos of the markings on all of the drums and the loader, but they only sent me photos of this one.

Patrice,
D& B have just provided me the serial numbers for the drum mags they are selling with, or without, the P-Kasten.

140318, 325142, 106352, 370124 and 193103

All appear to have one thing in common.

Merci Patrice
Do you know what period these reproduction drums were manufactured in Eastern Europe, and any ideas on how many were produced?

Patrice,
Thank you for that information. I am hoping D&B will give me the serial numbers of the other drums in the 'P-Kasten' they have for sale. That should confirm, if the others are reproduction or not. You may have more numbers to add to your data. Is the one pictured above in your data already?
