Default Not exactly helpful for 3 day inspection

Well, it states 3 day isnpection, think you'll get one? Well, at least a REAL one?????

If there is a legitimate discrepancy in the way the item was described and pictured, then I would expect a 100% refund. If there is any doubt, it favors the seller. If you can't tell the seller why it is wrong, you are stuck with it or are looking at a 50% restocking fee.

With those conditions, as unreasonable as they are, I would just walk away. It would be a shame if one really wanted what was being offered for sale.

To me a 3 day inspection is: "If you are not satisfyed for any reason of the item, I accept the return with full refund (less the shipping cost) if I am notifyed within 3 days after the reception".

To be fair, still need give seller reasons. Most people are reasonable.

I will have to dig out my Villanove Law School books. More precicely the U.C.C.. Universal Commercial Code. It defininitly falls under Federal guideline, as it involves interstate commerce! RES IPSA LOQUITOR
