Default Luger 41 model p08

I have had this luger for over 50 years, it has all matching numbers, blueing, grips and the gun itself is almost like new. Can anyone please help me find out how much it is worth. I am considering selling it.
Thanks

vern welcome t the forum. I moved this posting to the New Collector area.

For any valuation, provide as much info as possible, serial number to include suffix (front of frame), what toggle says, date (assume it is a 19 "41" etc.

Digital pictures are needed for a true guess of value...

Vern if you need help with identification, photos, etc. just ask here. Are you the vet that brought this gun back? does it have any accessories like extra magazines or holster?

Roughly, the value would depend on;
-condition
-matching in numbers - incl. grips, magazines
-matching tool/holster
-rarity - in this case a byf41?
-where you live - your info does not say

If unable to post pictures, you can try to describe it the best you can, perhaps somone will look into the glass ball and come up with something.
Personaly, I like Lugers that have had the same owner for a long time, quess that alone would raise the value in my eyes.. 50 years is a long time.

Here are three examples of the 1941 byf. One is currently for sale, one did not meet the reserve, and the other recently sold. These are nice but not "like new".

Thank you for your reply, I see one of the three sold. They are very nice, but I feel that the one I have is in better condition. It has matching numbers and the clip is a match also.
Thanks Again
