Default SKS Rifles

Does anyone here shoot the SKS rifles? I have two Russian and two Chinese pieces. I find them very easy to shoot and are quite accurate out to 250 to 300 yds. I have dies for 7.62x39mm but haven't loaded any ammo for them yet. If anyone has a load they might use for that round, I'd appreciate some info. if you don't mind sharing that info. One Chinese piece is a so called "paratrooper" model with a 16 1/4" barrel that I shoot the most. About 10 years ago I picked up a couple cases of Chinese ammo and now I'd better start reloading if I want to keep shooting.
