hathitrust, yes i found this site ....

because i can't find the attached pictures at the 1894 report i thought to be on the wrong way.
i have no idea about the organisation of the board, was there a board for navy, artillerie, infaterie, small arms ...??

confused ..... but the night lasts long, will keep searching

my backside is charfed from sitting infront of my pertsonal computer
greta thunberg dispraised me for wasting energie for the search engines and the internetconnections, houres of lifetime are spent

but, nothing, i found absolutly nothing borchard related within the
--annual reports of the secretary of the navy (checked 1894 til 1897, hathiTrust)
--annual reports of the chief of ordnace (checked 1894 til 1897, googlebooks)

what did john walter find, writing
