Hey guys, Mike got a belt , holster and a big Navy flag he needs info on. He PM'd me and I just jumped in and said I would put it out there . Mike, what have you found? I told him I appreciated him asking and said you guys are OK. Then I threw him into the forum waters. I think he will float.

Default Navy Flag & belt

G.W.
I have not returned home from the estate sale yet. I am on a borrowed computer so I cannot reduce the size of the pictures, but here are a couple of shots of the flag. I will send more of the belt and holster later. Mike

Default Estate continued

GW
Well, home at last from the estate sale. It was some kind of sale; two days of selling non stop. I'm not sure it is still up on the web, but www.bigtexasauctions.com is the website. Give it try. This guy was a major collector. When he said he had a movie poster collection, he had the original oil painting of the posters. The holster turns out to be a P38, but the belt and buckle seem to be interesting. Here are a couple of pictures. Thanks again for your help. Mike.

Mike,

the belt buckle signifies standard German Wehrmacht ARMY issue........was originally painted a gray/green paint that peels and flakes off over time.....

JOA was mfger.....
1943 was date of mfg
Waa706 was military acceptance stamp

looks to be in really great shape.......great find.......How much if not being too nosy ????

would like to see more pics of the holster, please.....................

Regards, Paul

PS....Kriegsmarine flag is way cool too......big flag looks to be in really gret shape !!!!!!!
