Default 1900 ae 22

I had this on here a few years ago but we have a lot of newer members since then who have not seen it.
1900 AE Serial #10317 converted ,by a very clever and skilled old gunsmith to a 22 auto. The original firing pin and bolt face converted for 22 rimfire. The loading ramp was changed for a 22. Spring changed to coil. Rear of toggle cut to reduce weight also holes drilled. Barrel cut off so the original serial number shows. The mag is an original wood bottom with a 22 Erma insert. All in all quite a gunsmithing exercise. Ron Wood has commented on the skill of this Gentlemen. Bill

I don't remember if I remember seeing it

That is really cool. I bought an upper that was made for a .22 and a friend got it up and running, but not as stunning as yours.
