Default MG 42/22

Guys (&Gals)

By popular demand (thanks John) here is my attempt to post an image of me and my little Mg 42. Since it turned out so good it's also my submission for the Rogues Gallery. Then again with my computer skill you may see nothing at all. Those of your experiencing deep sympathy may send your donations to Jim Van Eldik, Home for the Terminally Ugly, Hog Wallow, Georgia.

The gun looks great. Now I won't be so hesitant about putting my picture on, tire tracks and all.

I have been thinking about getting that cov.kit. I have a 10/22 with a 50rd mag that needs a nice make over and a MG 42 look would be sweet! dose it have any of the MG 42 codes on it?

Guys-

It does a good job capturing the MG-42 look with most of the mechanical detail. They do not reproduce any stamping. It comes in basically two major pieces with all of the necessary hardware to merge it with the Ruger 10/22 receiver and barrel to make it fully functional. The two halves slip over the barrel and receiver like gloves. It is constructed of high impact plastic - functions beautifully. It's from Numrich -- gunpartscorp.com
