1940 MAUSER P08 with two mags
After a long time last Saturday I was tempted to buy this 1940 MAUSER P08, I've not rang the gun store yet, I would need to see it in person as I'm not sure of its original finish, then the requested price I think is too high for a rechambered (9X21 IMI) pistol: more than 2,600.00 $

Run away Sergio. Don't look back.
I mean $2600!? In 9x21!? No way Jose. Even if it wasn't refinished, which I doubt. There seems to be blue over the pitting. But. You should see it in person to better evaluate. If really all matching It would make a nice $1000/1200 shooter. |

1940 p08
The pin in the toggle should be white not blue if pistol wasn't refinished. I don't know prices in Europe but it appears high for a pistol in this condition.

I don't know who compiled the pics, but the over-caution in masking the first two digits of the serial numbers on the mags is undone by its appearance in full on the receiver. The visible "9" on the one on the right also looks suspicious to me. Both mag bottoms appear to have been "polished" with a wire wheel because their shininess is so bumpy.

It is difficult to tell for sure, but the grip frames look touched up to me in these photos. To me, that Luger is overpriced for what I see.
