Thanks Hugh,
This URL led me through the Vought Corsair F-4U flown by Pappy Boydton of the "Black Sheep Squadron', One of my WW-2 Favorite Groups along with Clair Chenaults "Flying Tigers", I always was a nut for those wild ones. From There to Ling Temco Voughts "Scout Program" as it was Known at Langley Research Center where the Scout Program Management Office had oversight of NASA's, "Scout Launch Program". And to the "NACA / NASA Wallops Island Launch Station". It was I who performed initial setup and alignment checks of the First Scout Guidance System Thruster Alignments. This was performed in the Machine Shop At Langley Research Center, As a portion of the preflight mating of the various stages, prior to delivery to Wallops Island Launch Station for The Final Assembly and Launch. This Latter Was Preformed Under the Watchful Eyes of My Older Brother who at that time was Supervisor of the "Large Scale Missiles and Launch Facility" back at the Main Station and "Launch Area Safety Officer" of the entire "Launch Facility". What a coincidence that You should find and post this particular URL. Thanks Again My Friend. ViggoG |

I worked at LTV for several years. Got to work on many things which are still state of the art. Sure do miss that job...
