Fantastic! Hope to have the same someday. Is the Trommel case original? I'd be happy with a modern made example. Thanks for the "Bring & Brag".

All the better! Can't be many of those surviving. Quite the find.

Nice rig! I am happy enough with my repro drum and refinished 1914 Erfurt LP-08, this is absolutely beautiful!

Eric, That is a real nice grouping and photo you have there!!! Is the P Kasten one of the reproductions Jerry B and company teamed up to build? They were very true to original in detail and a work of art. I think that on all made, the bottoms were branded as such.

Enclosed is a pic one of my originals. Yes, it is full of trommels, and loader. John

Have any of you used the Trommels?
If so how well did they function?.

Many high capacity magazines jam a lot
curious

Yes,
they work fine :
original- in good shape, some have problems;

Numrich reproductions- if you improve them a little or a lot, depends on what you get; better to buy one of GT's already reworked trommel mags from them - be sure to ask for and verify the circled
GT stamp.

GT has posted about the mods and there are other threads on use of these.
