Default Walt J. Profile..........

Hi Walt! I noticed that in your profile you mentioned that you assembled 1/72nd scale models, Reminded me of the large collection of 1/32nd scale models I had hanging in my basement when I lived in S. Dakota some 18+ years ago, When I came home from work one day, my son, then three or four, had the battle of Britian all over again, with about a 5 foot stick, the British must have won again, as all that remained was a Hawker Huricane that some how avoided his reach or skill.......of course,,, he was praised for his effort! till...later...G.T.

Default Re: Walt J. Profile..........

Had aÃ?Â*small disaster of that sort many years back when the son and daughter were small. I pointed out to their little brains full of mush that if it happened again, one of them would grow up as an only child! No more problems. (The story of my stamp collection is a different matter, not suitable for public display. Fortunately, the wife had the foresight to get the kids out of the house and with the neighbors before I got home or we would have been childless.)

Default Hang on guys, been through some tough times myself, but

I have come to learn that Grandchildren are God's gift to you for not having killed your children. They are truely God's blessing.

And it is easy to feel satisfied when they come to visit. After all the hugs and kisses, I just fill them up full of sugar and send them home... to their parents.
