Default "Pig in a Poke"

How about this item I found on Ebay, a Luger for sale for $1,750.00? No photo, no description other than this: "Working 1917 German Luger with original serial numbers. Gun is in excellent working order. Interesting history." ... Think I'll pass.

Default I sent him an email already telling him they will pull the auction and

a second email requesting additional information on his $1750 Luger!

I also told him it sounds really overpriced unless there is something really special about it that is documented...

He sent back a reply saying thanks, but hasn't replied to my request for additional info yet.
