Default Mauser Parabellum Todays' cost?

In a question that Mauser asked the American public in the late 60's; Would the public buy a new Luger if it were available? The New Parabellums in 1970 cost 125 bucks and they claimed that people might not get them for they could get the real thing (A WW1 or WW2) Luger for just a little more.

a NEW KREIGHOFF COSTS 17,545. And they still are available,I e-mailed them 2 days ago) however what would a new Mauser Luger cost at 2010 prices versus their price of 1970 at 125?

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics CPI Inflation Calculator:

$125 in 1970 = $703.73 in 2010
