I found an old copy of Gun's & Ammo's "FAMOUS FIREARMS" Guns That Shaped Our Century! dated 1982. Short features on pistols, rifles and shotguns that are generally considered famous. Some of the pistols are the Luger, P.38, Browning Hi Power, PPK, Colt 1911, Mauser 1896, Colt Single Action, Webley .455 Revolver, Colt Pocket pistol as well as one of my favorite modern firearms the Model 29 44 Magnum S&W. A nice overall with 2-3 page articles on these and many other firearms. Field striping pictures and instructions compliment this nice overal look at famous firearms. If you run across it, it is worth looking into getting an old copy. Sale price in 1982 was $2.50. Includes 16 Handguns, 5 Shotguns, 14 Rifles, a total of 96 pages.
