Default Ordinance mark on my 1913 DWM Luger.

As I stated I have found another mark on the inside of my gun as well as numbers above the trigger on the inside. Any info on these two things would be greatly appreciated.

These are assembly stamps applied at different stages of the gun's production. Very little to no information survives as to the exact meaning of these stamps.
