Looks like a very slick combination of the FN Browning P-35 and the Smith & Wesson Model 39/59 series ...

I think the price is a little steep, but I haven't seen one of these before either...

Hi,

A case of badge or brand engineering. Someone else made them, Mauser finished and marked them. There were also Mauser marked revolvers. These pistols were most likely made by FEG in Budapest, the revolvers by Renato Gamba.

It's a big mistake to outsource this name. If I remembered right, they finally dropped small arms. I would think that's the right move. Nothing to make is OK, never make everything. So this name stays high in collector's mind.
