The Luger Story
Hi all........I just recieved my copy of the Luger Story from John Sabato, probably the only Luger book I did not have.
I noticed on page 75 plate 24 the picture credit has George Bush Jr. listed. Is our president a Luger collector? Leo |

Well dunno. I don't live too far from him down the road and I've never gotten the opportunity to meet the fella. I'd like to, I'm a fan of his.
Truth be told though, I don't think President Bush is really a gun fan. He doesn't like the same kind of guns I like as he wanted to continue with the dreaded assault weapons ban. |

He's not a JR. Daddy is George "Herbert" Walker Bush. He's George Walker Bush.

Is John Sabato, here on the forum the same John Sabato as the author of "The Luger Story"? I started reading The Luger Story at Borders today to get a history leason. I may have to go back tomorrow and buy it!
