Has it been made nickled Lugers in Germany during the wwII?
If so, how many and to whom?

Aside from perhaps one or two Presentation Pistols, there never any nickled production pistols made in Germany. What you have was nickeled after the war by somebody. Although nice looking and good shooters, They have a reduced collector interest.
