Default Chantilly Virginia

On the right coast there is a gun show at Chantilly Virginia this weekend. There are 1000 tables and usually a couple of hundred Lugers. Bring money.

How much does a WWII Luger usually go for? I've only seen refinished ones for around $5,000 each, but have heard about people purchasing them for much less.

Usually $1000 up but hovering around $2000 for good Mausers.

Charles, welcome to the forum. I would hope that you accidently added a ( 0 ), as a refinished anything shouldn't equal $5k (with few exceptions...)

I see shooters go for from $500-$700, with $600 a good in-between; nice collectable ones are like Geo said...

Charles, let me add my welcome to the Lugerforum... you may be a USMA cadet, but what state are you from? Perhaps we can locate you a suitable first Luger purchase somewhere locally...

You certainly don't want to take a handgun into NY State!
