You have two items: a bullet loading board with some pillow ticking patched balls in it and a leather shot pouch for dispensing measured charges of lead shot. Both are designed for muzzle loading arms. Both contain lead so do not use them in California

Whoops, missed the third item. That is a measure for lead shot meant to be used with the shot bag. A very inaccurate design
