I think it's because certain browsers don't like the auto switch from a non-secure to a secure site...?
When I saw this thread - I had a good "head scratch" trying to figure it out - but, when I opened it up with the "www" link - it didn't swap over automatically.?? Soooo. I just added a few lines of text to the HTTPS redirect code - and let me know in this thread - if you have any further issues, OK? You should see a padlock - or "secure" or whatever your browser shows as a "secure site, regardless of how you come into the site/forums (yes - there are multiple entry points), as to be expected with a site that has been around for over twenty years My best to all...!
