Default Armscor 9mm 124 grain

Hello all,

I picked up a $10 Lee Classic Loader for 9mm so I'm hoping to reload but I just saw some information on this brand. Armscor 9mm FMJ, 124 grain 1090 fps (so close to the original loading).

Has anyone tried using this before?

It seems worth a punt and I wouldn't mind some brass!

I had a couple of boxes and they fired fine in some Hi-Powers, but I did not try them in a Luger. Lugers are very finicky about overall length, and I do not recall the Armscor appearing to be short at all.

Thanks, I may pick up a box to try out.

Hi,

When you buy a box, please check the OAL, as the cartridge in the photo looks fairly long to me.

With round nose, 1.173 inches would be about perfect, with 1.169, perhaps, workable.

Please let us know, though, how the ammo feeds in your Luger.

Thanks!

Will do, Sieger. Even if it doesn't work in my Luger I can always give a box to my mate for his more modern 9mm or use it in my 9mm Broomhandle.

I have been using Armscor manufactured bullets for reloading, and the quality is excellent.
