1917 Belt with Buckle

Hi,

I picked up a belt with a buckle with the leather tab still on it.

The tab has "1917" stamped on it.

Below this is "BOCK & FEIL"

Below this is "MARBACH" with an "a/N"

Anyone know maker / city ?
