Without finding a date on it..NO. You can rest assured it was made before 1926 and likely during the war years 1914-1918. Look carefully in good light under the top, on the front & back. Most of these holsters were maker marked & dated. They tend to hide though on well used holsters.
The sueded area under the top is the most likely. Good luck! Jerry Burney
