Post 1918 DWM unit mark info needed

This unit mark is on a 95%+ DWM 1918 with 2 matching magazines and near mint bore. I would love to know the story on the unit mark to really enhance the beauty of this Luger. Any help would be great thanks.

The format of this grip strap marking is Weimar military, but the die set used is certainly not the standard Prussian one that we are accustom to. I don't claim that it is phony, but it is suspecious. Tom H.

It is (And I am doing a bit of a stretch on this one) 11th Corps, 4whatever Nachrichten Battalion (A Signal unit supporting the 11th Corps)Whatever number Company/pistol number.

I do agree with Tom H that the die looks oddly crude, but in 1918, things were falling apart fast for the German Army and Luger quality control was not nearly as rigid as had been previously. I believe this can be reasonably assumed to have been the case in marking pieces also.
