Default New Arrival

This showed up on my front porch a few days ago. One hundred percent original and in superior condition. The stock iron is unnumbered but neither the stock nor holster is import marked. The shoulder strap is one of the finest I've ever come across.

Just stunning, George! I don't know how you manage to find such treasures!

Uber nice! I enjoy seeing photos of such nice specimens, since I'll never own any.

George, Nice LPO8 rig. Judging from the color of the leather, I would guess that that the 2 parts that are screwed to the stock are original to this piece of wood and that the lighter colored holster and strap have been added at a later date. Any maker marking or date on the holster or iron cover? TH

No visible maker's marking. It must have originally been on the interior of the holster lid.

Extremely great find George.

How does he find things - he knows people, he helps people, he looks and goes to many, many gun shows It takes knowledge for one thing, but hard work, along with a bit of luck, but I think the luck part is much smaller than we think, mainly its hard work and looking IMHO
