Neat gauge... I have a similar proofed and marked guage for the K98 rear sight...

Bob,
I also have the gauge you speak of, if you could send me you email address I would be happy to send you a picture of mine. It would be great to compare markings, are you a German firearms Gauge and tool collector? As you know these items are much rarer than the firearms they go on, most collectors are not aware of that.
