Any ideas on the top of this breach block.? Rolls.?

I think the "rolls" you are seeing are a lighting effect. If you are interested in purchasing this item ask the seller for a full profile photo.

I think he's referring to the 2 "waves" across the block where the spring end of the extractor is ???
