Looks like Costanzo's WOL proof #20 "Police eagle. Found on wood and alum bottoms." Hope this helps.

Policeluger, Given that there are several different styles of E/B police acceptance, that may not all incidate the same thing, Sam Costanzo in WOL "Proofmarks" (see pages 79#24, 117#188,118#190&191, 134#274) is very consistent in saying that all of these were used by the Berlin Procurement Office. Not to be confused with the National Police E over F,L,C or K. So I stand by my comments above. Tom H.
