Default 1921 DWM Help

Here is another one: Looks like actual 1921 chamber dated DWM, (not poorly stamped, in correct location and clearly factory done).

There is a "6.29" on the rear of the frame, above the lanyard loop.

On the front strap is:

6/R.R.17.29.

Any help?

6th Squadron, 17th Reiter Regiment, 29th weapon. A companion piece to the other one you posted awhile back.

The 6.29 that you mentioned, is what most of us call "rack markings", which can be seen easily when the guns are locked in their storage racks. In your case; 6th squadron, gun #29 in the log book. TH
