A long model 08 Pistol, DWM 1915, calibre 9 mm Para, No. 7097. Matching numbers, including the firing pin. Bright bore. Adjustable front sight. Almost complete original bluing, even on the grip. Minimal wear marks. Small pieces tempered yellow. Virtually new walnut grip panels with matching numbers. Beautiful, nickel-plated, folded magazine with wooden base. Weapon needs cleaning. Only 15,000 pieces made. There is a ZF 41/1, code "cxn" scope sight mounted on it with both lens caps. Optics are in good shape, but need cleaning. The scope mounting is screwed on and easily removable. The rear sight base has not been altered, only the tangent rear sight has been removed. Erwerbsscheinpflichtig.

Hello fellows,
I have extracted some photos from my collection of old DWJ. This advertising was published in the DWJ number 9 on September 1971 . In this DWJ there are two articles very interesting. The first is related to the early Mauser Parabellum (), the second one is this advertising from this gunsmith located in Warendorf that repairs scopes (zielfernrohr) and mount this particular customization on both 98K and Luger arty. I guess this item interesting. Unfortunately it is not possible to buy the scope w/o the Luger Arty. I have shot the photos with a digital camera so the quality is not as good as the scanner one. I hope this helps. Ciao Mauro

Mauro,
Nice detective work! Always nice to see the paper history alongside a variation. |
