From looking at the young mens faces I wonder if this was taken at the end of the war or if it was outside the boot camp? They sure look young for early war.

Early war...1910 tunics and Pickelhauben. Probably 1914 or 1915.

I just wonder if some faded dated jaded photo of me in Vietnam in a similar type pose will surface on a Chinese auction site seventy years from now.
