Display Case Question
Has anyone ordered or seen the display cases sold by Pacific Ordnance? They avertize the small ones for $70. Seems like an ok price, but was wondering about quality.

Re: Display Case Question
Doug, I have not seen them yet. I have a nice custom case coming from Les Center Custom Cases, just another option to consider! They are really nice and you can make the case like you want it, choose latch options, he offers at least 4 liner options! I cant wait to get my Baby Luger in it with it's custom made hardshell by Jerry Burney. Good luck on your case search! Thor

I checked into them some time ago...
and have never actually seen one, they offered a couple of standard sizes which would fit most handguns, but I think they are just a plain wooden box (not sure what type of wood) and not sure quality of construction or hinges and believe no lock, maybe a catch. You would have to supply your own lining (foam or eggcrate etc). I would consider them a storage solution rather than a display solution, but if you are looking for inexpensive, then they will probably fill the bill.

here's some pics of mine...
I bought one of these from Pacific Ordnance a while back for my arty and stock. Would have much rather had a nice wooden display case, but budget won't allow that right now. This will do until then.

Thank you miner...
It is truly appreciated. Members should know in advance what to expect. I am very pleased to actually get to see these cases.
