TLSS Update

Got Dwight Gruber's TDJ with lots of hi polish strawed parts SALT BLUED TODAY, Doing strawing this afternoon, should have it ready for pics tomorrow. Plan on shipping it Friday! ALSO got a VOPO police (?) Luger renumbered to 29 with two matching (renumbered also) 29 Police type fxo(one with white center pin and the other a 2/1001 fxo in today. I am going to rust blue, straw and resell as a marked shooter on Gunbroker in a couple of weeks. Gun also has the 29 Vopo stamp and started out as a 1915 DWM. I will also go shoot it to make sure it is functioning properly. Barrel is very good to excellent and should shoot excellent! It appears to be the original 1915 Barrel. Luger also has a front grip strap marking of G.F.M.G.8. All are caps and 8 is about half the height of the other letters. Jan, I am talking to AGE right now about purchasing this Luger so I will have to see if he takes it before I could consider selling it further. I fired it today and it was perfect putting 4 rounds in the 10 ring and one in the 9 ring, perfect windage and elevation, WOW. Thanks for the help with the markings. My phone is 505-459-9829

My business has slowed to almost a crawl! I am looking at changing gears to keep me busy! I am CONTEMPLATING selling one of my head collection pieces for cash to purchase shooters to revamp and resell (marked as a Thor rework OF COURSE) If you are interested in a 41/42 Luger in 96%+ drop me an email at Thor340@aol.com I hate selling this fine piece but I will to keep my business going. It is all original and all matching except for the magazine which someone previously has restamped it (that is the way I bought it) It is a renumbered mag with the same number as the gun but in my view a non matching mag. I dont want to go into any other detail on this gun other that via email. I am not going to put in the the For SALE section but will probably auction it off soon. I am asking a good strong price on a premium Luger.

Completed this week is Mark Castels K date, that was a nightmare to blue, but the finished product is very nice! Also is Don Leverty's 1917 DWM as well as AGE's 1915 DWM (accurate as heck). The 1920 Commercial 30 Luger is completed and I will be auctioning it on gunbroker.com soon. It has a mint barrel and promises to be a real shooter.
I have several other projects I am completing as well for other forum members. Thor
